Player:
Open IMG tool.
Open Player.IMG.
Find the one you want.
Replace it.
Gang:
Open IMG tool.
Open gta3
Find "Fam 2" and "Fam3"
Replace them.
Feel free to suggest any TXD edits.

Now two of the Grove Street Families gang can wear the glasses and the shirt.
Installation:(IMG Tool required.)
Player:
Open IMG tool.
Open Player.IMG.
Find the one you want.
Replace it.
Gang:
Open IMG tool.
Open gta3
Find "Fam 2" and "Fam3"
Replace them.
