Warbutler's FX Combat project and I took it and revised it to GTA V style not only explosions but also other effects such as dust, sky, bullet sparks, etc.

Dude, those effects are wicked
Gta mods looking good.. This gotta be some of if not the best effect i ever seen in the game and it's still subtle at the same time, thanks for this.
I tested it out in the game, it was hella cool. At one point the rocket launcher started a fire then the fighters came and let me tell you the flame was outta control, i had to take the truck from them and put out the blaze because they were playing with the fire, they almost made CJ's house burn down
