FOR GTA SA ANDROID:
HOW TO INSTALL MOD:
1. Mods file (PUT LADDER ANYWHERE.csi & PUT LADDER ANYWHERE.fxt> to the Folder > com.rockstargames.gtasa GTA SA folder.
2. File (cladder.ifp) Add/Replace gta3.img With APK (GTA IMG TOOL)
ABOUT MOD:
If you use this mod, you can Put Ladders anywhere. Of course, their function is to climb houses or buildings using ladders.
HOW TO ENABLE MOD IN GAME:
1. OPEN CHEAT MENU. TAP ON SCREEN MODS (PUT LADDER ANYWHERE)

@LEONARDO1122198 if your phone is Android 10 or above, I recommend go to settings and go to the app list, find an app called as Files, pick that and choose Uninstall Update, don't worry about the message you will see when doing it, nothing will happen, if you don't have it then here's a alternative way to install mods in your folder
