features are edited and added by scripting. I am not a programmer, I can only make 3d models. I only make 3d objects for the game like cars, buildings and other vehicles and objects, but I can't write game scripts to introduce new car features. However, advanced car features mod(remote car locking, opening of doors, trunk, using headlights at will, and other features) by other modders are available on the internet. I have one such, named Zeti's advanced car controls.
