Installation:

Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:\nis13\

Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

and make a folder called nis13.

add the included dlc.rpf file

NOTES* --
-the vehicle_mesh.fxc file included in VisualV's installation files makes some parts way shinier than they should be. I've included the vanilla file as a fix for those that would like to use it. Which can be found at:
(GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\shaders\win32_40_final)

-many paintable interior parts use either Trim Design color or Dashboard Color for their paints.

-plates are scaled to Japanese dimensions, and are therefore bigger.
