The M4 carbine is a 5.56×45mm NATO, gas-operated, magazine-fed, carbine developed in the United States during the 1980s. It is a shortened version of the M16A2 assault rifle.
Replaces the M4.

Just extract the archive and place the files in
GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\weapons.img

@VLODKOS Yes I am haha. Gotta wait for my GTA V mods to be updated so I can play the game again. Thanks for the suggestion. I've seen a lot of realistic icons so I thought they were more popular. I prefer the vanilla ones myself but I might try to make one myself.
