Descrizione
This Reshade preset is made to the RealityIV 2.0 mod.
1. Install latest Reshade to game folder, with these shaders: standard effects, sweetfx, quint (SMAA,FXAA,Deband,quint_Bloom,DOF,Lightroom,Sharp)
2. For the RT, need to become Pascal Gilcher patron at least breakfast tier. https://www.patreon.com/mcflypg If you get the shader copy to your reshade folder.
3. Copy the preset from the zip to your game folder.
4. With Home button (in game) you can open the reshade menu and choose the preset.
Recommended mods in the readme.

OMG it get me crazy!Doesn't work!Press Shift + F2 nothing happen!Doenloaded Reshad 3 choiced GTA IV only IT DOESN'T WORK!I try to put Realistic IV low.ini with Texture + Shaders in Gta 4 folder doesn't work!Nothing appeaer!I want a specific and clear explication that will finally work!Or just simple files of it!

So here what I did,I put all thinks that was in the folders of reshade shaders that you give.I put it in my game,Realistic IV too,without the d3d9,and it didn't work,I download the Shader 3 think,I choise gta 4,wheni'm in game,I press Shift+F2,it didn't work...I'll test reshade later,choice my game and see if it work...
