Dieses Programm dient dazu, die Eigenschaften der Fahrzeuge (auch Flugzeuge und Boote) in GTA-VC zu verändern, ohne sich durch endlose Zahlenkolonnen quälen zu müssen.

Die "vc.exe" ist das spiel du musst den pfad angeben wo du es installiert hast.

der editor ist SUPER!! hat mir gut weiter geholfen, auch die tipps sind super die erscheinen wenn man auf einem feld draufbleibt,
