@BeckNo9 and another way is to type the cheat stilllikedressingup and see if the swat skin comes

@BeckNo9please believe me i am only kwon jae hee accidently i forgot my password and i have the answer to your qeustion

first delete real player.dff and .txd using img tool then rename swat.dff and txd as player.dff and txd and then add it in gta3.img

So I want to know how did you changed this model to player's original model? Just replace .txd and .dff files? But seems not working...
