Hi it's been a long time since i have gone through, sadly my old youtube channel is hacked a year ago. but i have made an new channel at where i uploaded the video of this mod. and i edited it. just to prove people that's it's me.

Installation:
Put the file in CLEO Folder
Usage:
While in Vehicle press CTRL to Activate

@5earching well i have seen the video, now let me explain why.....
First of all that's called glitching. and bug abusing. that you're not supposed to do. not just because it's not good. it could be harmful for you. and can crash your game and cause some other problems too.
second. the nitro mod is made to use fly around anywhere. don't use them inside interiors as you saw the mall became the ghost town after you tried that.
Otherwise there's no problem. i have tested the whole coding file. to avoid those glitchy things just don't get it inside any interior so you can be safe

1. Connect to the Internet...
2. Start menu > Device manager > Desplay adapters > Intel graphics driver... write click... Update Driver Software... Automaticaly Search...
3. Do same thing to monitor > (Name of monitor) ...
It is Working for me...

@Krisztian22 Thank You But I Cannot Download Graphics Mods For Every Gta Games You Know What My Pc Has No Graphics Card Every Games Will Play A Lagging Or Hanging
But This Nitro Mod Works With Gta 3 Or Vice City
