You must have FLA (Fastman Limit Adjuster V3.45) to add
weapons

@xxWarPig22xx mods I installed in order, cleo 4.1f,gta sa us, low enb, modload, iv roads, weapons, player,img michael, bsor amercan dream, las venturas retextured.

The limit adjuster allows to add weapon.
In my weapon converting program, most of the weapons are added via limit adjuster.
This, for example, is added
