@Bugsys0302 use anyconv.com to convert to obj, import and then you import the original sniper.dff , select the sniper.dff with vertex and attach to the obj and the youu cluck "Delete" anfter you put you texture and add to yhe txd file you can put it on the game and enjoy, hope i helped
