open with google sketchup 8 pro (registered) and export to .3ds format with materials!

you can set this in export and export settings

if you exported than you can import with 3ds max 2009

if you did this than select the forgeu models ... and delete the all

if you completted with this than use smooth in 3ds max and export to .3ds format

if you did this then import with zmodeler with hardware save it
and open it with zmodeler 2 sofware use ...

ohh it needs 3ds max, zmodeler 2.2.5 with hardware and mixed ...

zmodeler 2.2.2. with software use ..

photoshop, paint.net sometimes paint
and txd workshop :)
