1.Check if you placed all the files of skin selector mod to their correct location and added line "IMG CLEO\SKIN.IMG" in gta.dat in your data folder like this:
#
# Load IDEs first, then the models and after that the IPLs
#
IMG DATA\PATHS\CARREC.IMG
IMG DATA\SCRIPT\SCRIPT.IMG
IMG MODELS\CUTSCENE.IMG
IMG CLEO\SKIN.IMG
SPLASH loadsc2
2.Try renaming "Nepgear_Idol.dff" and "Nepgear_Idol.txd" to something like "Nepgear.dff" and "Nepgear.txd". Every skin pasted into "skin.img" must have its own unique name or else it will conflict with an original skin and cause a crash.
If that doesn't work, delete every file(e.g. cs1,cs2,cs3) inside "cleo_saves" folder(you should have one).
