I actually have the game downloaded on my friends laptop and I won't be seeing him until around Christmas week (I'll be outta town next week)

So when I get back, I will check on that SilentPatch cfg and see if that fixes it.

Also, what ENB is that? Maybe if I use same ENB, my Honoka will look like your Honoka

Oh that's really weird dude.
I just got that issue if i remove silent patch.
Here take a look, with and without ENB series:

I have here a phenon 2 x4, 6gb ram and 250gtx 1gb.
I do have my graphics on veryhigh but with AA off. try turning it off and see you still have this issue.

Also take a look at silent patch cfg and be sure to have:
TwoPassRendering=1

Hope you get it fixed

@diegoforfun I have the latest SilentPatch for SA, but the same visual problem persists. I wonder if it's my graphics card on my end. . . would you mind sharing your specs??

I am using lenovo laptop - i3, 6gb ram, stock graphics memory (about 1gb) and I also have the Visual FX on VERY HIGH and the antialiasing on OFF

Good texture , but their is some see-through hair (transparency?) in some lighting areas. . .

I've compared with MSGV - Quiet texture mod, and she has solid hair (barely any see-through)
