Today I bring this mod called ragdoll, I look for a long time but never found, only found anims and that was a disappointment, but now I found the mod and share them to give more realism to your gta sa c:

might not work well, but that's settled x3 it was a mistake to put mine DAT data files x3 but all files are in the root folder of gta x3

There exist several versions of the gta executable. This mod hacks an exe file. This means you need a specific exe file but I don't ask me which one.
A populare exe that is often used is, for example HOODLUM no cd, but you have to research about these things.
I have nothing todo with the author nor with the submitter of this mod. Just giving advice.
