SA People – NPC Interactions (v0.12.5 beta)

Every pedestrian in San Andreas now has a life of their own: a name, a job, a family and a memory of what you did to them. Meet people, become friends or enemies, keep them in your phone, text them, set up meetings and even find a partner. They remember you the next time you meet.


Features

• Persistent identities: every pedestrian gets a name, age, job and a family background, including parents, siblings and, depending on the person, a spouse and children.
• Conversations shaped by who you talk to: civilians, police, gang members, dealers, street people and medics all react differently. Everyone has their own patience. Provoke a friend and they get confused. Keep going and they delete your number. Provoke a cop three times and you gain a wanted level. 
• SA CELL phone: contacts, family and connection pages, chat-style text messages, meetings, settings and fully rebindable controls.
• Meetings at real venues like Alhambra, Ten Green Bottles, Pizza Stack, Come-A-Lot and the horse track, with a map marker. Meal dates play a short eating scene.
• Relationships: go on dates with women you know and they can become your partner. Kill someone you know and their family starts a blood feud.
• Random and sudden events: people asking for directions or bus fare, dead car batteries, passengers who pay for a ride, pickpockets, muggings in progress and hotheads looking for a fight.
• Honor system on the TAB stats panel: helping raises it, robbing and provoking lower it.
• Red Dead–style main menu theme, new notifications, subtitles and interaction prompts.
• Mod languages: English, Türkçe, Русский, Español.
• The mod pauses itself during story missions and cutscenes, so your story progress is safe.

Controls

• Hold Left Alt: focus a pedestrian
• G greet · H provoke · J calm down · R rob
• F6 phone (arrows, Enter, Backspace). No arrow or F keys? Use P to open the phone and W/A/S/D, E and Q to navigate it.
• TAB (hold): honor panel
• Every key can be changed in phone → Settings → SA People Control Options.

Requirements

• GTA San Andreas PC version 1.0 US. Steam, 1.01, 3.0 and Definitive Edition are not supported.

Installation

1. Run SA-People-Setup.exe and select your GTA San Andreas folder (the one with gta_sa.exe).
   Windows SmartScreen may warn you because the setup is not signed. Click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
2. Or extract the archive and run Install.cmd.

Your settings and relationships are kept when you update. To uninstall, run Uninstall.cmd or delete SA-People.asi.

• Voice lines were created with AI. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games; no game files are included.
