3 Effects With Collision

3 edited particle effect based on nextgen effect mod and combat FX mod.

first effect:when you use gun to shoot something,spark will appear at bullet hitting location,spark can collide with map object,car and npc.

second effect: when a car exploded,fireball will appear and it has same collision effect as first effect.

third effect: when car is on fire,sparks will appear from car's engine,and spark not only have collision effect but also will react to game's wind system.
