@AkaPreston40 in that you are wrong, they are the VCS skins the problem is that they are poorly rigged and they are only the LOD models (with very basic textures)
man these are not even the peds of VCS they are just their LOD also they are not adapted to the skeleton they have all the parts of the body deformed and on any side
