+ Add Diesel Engine Power
"big power but bad on acceleration"
+ Fix Trailer Physics / Handling
+ Some cars have new suspension settings
+ Upper limit suspension getting adjust again
+ Fix some cars to use MacPherson Suspension
+ Oversteer & Power Slide more Realistic
+ Added High Speed Damper for some cars
+ Fix some cars have slow movement
+ The Tyre Friction more "slick"
