Remake of the original palms:
- Completely redesigned all trunks and crowns
- Updated textures
- Correct prelite
- Added bulbs to the palms of the Las Venturas Strip

Replace on top of the original vegetation / replacements with improved textures, prelite, etc. etc.

If you are using SkyGFX, but the palm trees are equally lit in day and night light, replace the "PS2" value in the skygfx1.ini * buildingPipe * config line to "0"
