GTA V License Plates to GTA SA (2nd pack) V1.2
English: Changes:
V1.0
-Added 4 new license plates (Epsilon plate, Exempt plates, Liberty City Plate and Yankton plate).
-Added a new variant to the 1st pack version (2004 variant). (Thanks to SergeDV, who gave me the idea)
-Changed the old "CA" year sticker to "SA" one.
V1.1
-Deleted those black and white shapes around all the license plates. Now every license plate should be displayed properly with their rounded borders. (thanks to Skydotwav for the suggestion)
V1.2
-Changed Liberty City plate. Now, it looks like GTA IV one. (Thanks to _F_ for the suggestion)
Installation
- If you're using ModLoader, the installation is super easy. Just put the folder you've chosen (Black, Blue or any of them) inside ModLoader folder, and... Enjoy!
- If you don't use ModLoader, just replace the original "vehicles.txd" (located inside models/generic), and... Enjoy! Remember to backup your files in case you want to restore the original GTA San Andreas licence plates.
- If you want to install it manually, download a .txd editor (like TXD Workshop or Magic.TXD) and open the original "vehicles.txd" (located inside models/generic), and replace platecharset, plateback1, plateback2 and plateback3 with the file that you've chosen, save and... Enjoy!

Instalación
- Si estás usando ModLoader, la instalación es super fácil. Sólo debes poner la carpeta que elegiste (Black, Blue o cualquiera) dentro de la carpeta ModLoader, y... Disfruta!
- Si no usas ModLoader, sólo remplaza el original "vehicles.txd" (dentro de la carpeta models/generic), y... Disfruta! Recuerda hacer una copia de seguridad de tus archivos en caso de que quieras restaurar las matrículas originales de GTA San Andreas.
- Si quieres instalarlo manualmente, descarga un editor de archivos .txd (como TXD Workshop o Magic.TXD) y abre el "vehicles.txd" original (dentro de la carpeta models/generic), y reemplaza platecharset, plateback1, plateback2 y plateback3 con el archivo que elegiste, guárdalo y... Disfruta!

How can I edit the txd file in order I can put a custom word/phrase in the plate? I would like have a specific word/phrase in the plate. I don't care that said plate appears over and and over in each car.
I'm able to put my custom word/phrase on the plate layer, but when I tried to delete the layer with the number/letters of the plate(that looks like an abecedary) I just got a black rectangle that covers the plate(I'm able to see some parts of the words that I placed on the plate)

Deberías hacerlo, te aseguro que va a tener mucho apoyo, casi nadie sube esa clase de mods
