People Using powers Mod

This is a new mod Cleo that allows any character in the game is anyone who attacks you is transiting the street can use powers at the moment there are two different nuclei one uses jutsu Chidori and katon and the other Chidori uses nagashi and Chidori.

Tip: use only one of the two scripts that come in the rar to avoid crash or run both at the same time and may generate an error thanks
