1.Maybe your graphic card does not support this mod.
update your graphic card driver.
2.this mod doesn't work with "Enhanced functions Cloe" mod.
Uninstall that if u have that (but U said U have a clean gta sa)
3.Visit here:

4.Install directX 8.0 and 9.0 (all versions)

It don't show bullet holes instead it shows white squares.
