It looked so damn good when i once managed to play the game, probably from 'new game' button, BUT right now it caused my game crash (how i know? i pasted every separated mod into cleo folder, but when i got to this one - CRASH - couldn't load the save file). When you install a plenty of mods, and can't even load your game, cause 'gtasa.exe stopped working properly' - YOU KNOW what to delete!!! not worth a try!
