One thing
If your .fxt file doesn't work you must download GXT Hook from http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/
look where is "Plugins" little down is GXT Hook ,download it and put CLEO_TEXT and GXT_Hook.cleo in CLEO folder,have fun!Where to put .ini file: http://img401.imageshack.us/i/82295781.png/

First you must know that file CarSpawnerRanges.ini is file that will let you configure my car spawner.
You said you have my car spawner installed, so find CarSpawnerRanges.ini in GTA San Andreas folder and open this file using notepad.
Search for option Put_player_in_car. This option is set to 1 by default so you get to car after successful spawning. Change it to 0 of course to prevent hoping into the car after spawning.

All you must know is to find this file, open in notepad, and change value of one settings. So simple monkey could have done it...

Monti5, if you read Readme.txt then you would know how to change it. There is much about configuration .ini file, really.

Answer to your question:
Open CarSpawnerRanges.ini in notepad.
Change it: Put_player_in_car = 1
To value to 0 of course

How to remove automatically weather change than get in car? this is really sucks... I tried to open .cs file but i get this: Unknown opcode 0AF0 at offset 116...

1. Put original Carspawn.cs into CLEO folder.
2. Put CarSpawnerRanges.ini into main directory of GTA San Andreas where is gta_sa.exe
3. Put CarSpawner_by_fastman92.fxt into CLEOCLEO_TEXT folder.

CarSpawnerRanges.ini isn`t required, else game will crash

Did you copy CarSpawnerRanges.ini file to your GTA San Andreas directory?
Without this file game SHOULD crash.

And I want to tell that you need to read Readme.txt to discover all features. Full trailers, categories of vehicles, fast forward 20 vehicles, peds in car (enable in .ini), ranges for those who add (not replace) cars in GTA SA, rotation, hydraulics.

Rotation isn`t perfect. If you don`t want rotation then simply open CarSpawnerRanges.ini and change option into Rotation_car = 0
