Here it is. SA edition.
Anyways Its base on GTA online surival but in may way the kill counter will go up without reseting only if you die.
Gangs will spawn at any areas. There different gang types to choose and hidden one as cheats
Look in read me.txt you'll see cheats.
Have fun!
To start type "gtav" or "surival"
Exit "giveup" or "exit"

@skatefilter5 thanks friend 4 ur advice.
i did able to get it to work. installing v1.00 exe, cleo 4.3 does work and the building glitch doesnt happen anymore
it could be the reason the game is v1.01 and the open limiter could not configure, not sure juz mere speculation.
would look forward to this amazing mod in future

well most of my isn't made for cleo 4.1 so im using cleo 4.3 and all mods work perfectly fine.
Looks like your using outdated cleo 4.1, so some or most mods will not work, i was wondering your using low-end pc right?
did cleo 4.3 just drop FPS while having latest silentpatch?

for Stream bug, its was iusses when your using hd skins or cars. try img adjuster to fix this problem. I think maybe its your game i dont know. try putting silentpatch to fix any errors.
