New Actor Spawner with Menus v6.5 + Never Die & Rival Gangs Car Spawner

Renew and refreshing actor spawner, now each spawner has menus for different weapons, keys will be find in the cleo filenames. This will create gang war in San Andreas, try the dessert, it will be like Star Wars style as the army.

Rival gangs will spawn in car as Morningstars, Luchadours, Ronins, Vice Kings and Saints like in Saints Row: The Third style, and saints backup, impossible strippers now flinches from gunshots by other gangs. The Runaway Guys in the car will come and help you as your ally.

Improvements with rival gang war from cars when dead will automatically disappear when you can respawn another rival gangs in cars

Terminator/Robots and Street Fighters and never die. Fixed crash from over killing Big Smoke if you want revenge on Big Smoke again.

Never Die - type "died1" to activate never die cheat like Saints Row 2 you'll will never die whenever the gangs shoot when they spawn in front of you but the only issue is a lag after death whenever it re-spawns you and force you into fists or parachute.
