GTA V North Yankton Safehouse

1.) Description
This mod brings a house from GTA V's North Yankton and makes it a safe house exterior for GTA San Andreas.
I made this because I think the house would look good in Whetstone/Angel Pine and it does.
Already mentioned, but it replaces the safehouse in Angel Pine, which can be bought for $20k when CJ gets exiled from Los Santos by C.R.A.S.H.
It fits even better if you have Snow Andreas 2011 HQ or another GTA SA snow mod installer.
The model features:
* High quality model
* Details (I.E Ice on the roof)
* Perfect collision
* Might NOT be low PC friendly. (DFF is 1mb, TXD is 3mb) Should be OK though as this house only spawns once in Angel Pine.
* Unmodified marker placement, meaning there is NO bugs with entering/exiting the house. (Except a door behind the exterior door)
* Minor mipmaps
2.) Installation
Open gta3.img with any IMG editing tool of your choice, search for the original files and replace them with my files.
If you use Modloader, drag and drop the gta3 folder into any folder you like inside the Modloader folder.
3.) Bugs
* There is a minor tree clipping issue at the back of the house. This is due to me positioning the house to fit the original SA one.
* At the back of the house, there appears to be missing steps. In the model I ripped (plg_04_farmhouse) there were no steps at the back of that model either.
Nothing game breaking though.
