Descrizione

IV for Improved Visual, not GTA IV

In the file, included setting for High, Med, and Low PC.
512 MB or higher VRAM = High
256 MB or higher VRAM = Med
128 MB or higher VRAM = Low

My advice for you is: try different settings then compare the gameplay and choose the best settings.
