First of all, you have to download modloader, and place the folder "EastLosSantosRetextured" inside
It is also necessary to download Open Limit Adjuster, this will increase the load limit of the .col files.

Unfortunately I will not have enough time to do that, since these days I will be very busy, although it would be a very interesting project.
