This one called MCGE (Marchers Graphics Enchancements) :)

- This ENB Is 0.313 series (Latest ENB Series In GTA SA) :3
- This ENB Support Low-End, Medium-High, High-End PC :)
- This ENB Support Single Player And SAMP
Features of this ENB:
- Good Reflection
- Good Shaders
- Good Quality
- Less Lag
- No FPS Limit
- No Vehicle Lights Bug (SP / SAMP)
- Configurable Graphics Settings (In ENB Settings Menu)
