Wow!
It is so unbelievably nicely done. But the problem is only the roads and buildings that aren't placed correctly, you should fix them and if possible then try adding pedestrian and vehicles to the city too, it will become perfect!
But I still give you 10/10 for all the hard works! So good man!
But please try fixing those things, and update it to a new version, it's not perfect for now!
