dff files of railroad tracks and map parts with tracks don't have prelight.
So they are dark in the day and bright in the night

It needs to make day and night prelight for 82 dff files of tracks or re-make the mod "High speed RAILWAY line by Jeka"

ped.ifp has basic animations, like driving, running, walking etc.
archives anim.img, cuts.img, gta3.img, gta_int.img have different .ifp files with animations
Try any female animations mod
for example "Female Animation Girls Ped ifp Final"

on the 3.1 yeah the file size is different from 3.0 but the women animation still the same, i dont know if its me, or the mod but theres like absolutely no changes at all for the women animation, what update you guys put on 3.1? what makes it bigger than the 3.0?
