Vapid RG21 by Crack Yo’ Neck.
SA style / low poly / lore friendly.
Handling lines included. All files are original.
Long story short:
Crack stopped releasing public mods when some of his work got leaked and went on to a private server. The mods he made there were never made public. As if it wasn’t enough, he had to come back almost four years later to delete his entire workshop, over 70 cars, punishing an entire community in the process. Since a few of his vehicles appear here and there and since all the files are now unavailable for the one who, unlike me, didn’t have the chance to get everything before the deletion, I decided to step up and help the community. These mods deserve to be preserved and you can now continue to enjoy the vehicles that he made with care, for FREE, for a 20 years old videogame

So, that's the guy whose let Crack Yo' Neck to quit modding and close down his workshop for good at GTAForums! I knew it! Sucks to see why he had to do this with Crack and his mods.

Yes, mainly a good job impersonating someone else and uploading a vehicle that would have been uploaded anyway. By the way for anyone wondering, this kid is the reason why crack yo' neck, cvsan, the warehouse and others stopped modding/closed/deleted their mods. All because he had the brilliant idea of leaking and uploading private mods to different websites. So if you ever wonder what we could have gotten if they had continued modding, remember to thank that mod stealer kid.

@Klod.Knife To be more specific and to avoid misunderstandings:
Andrei IS NOT the person who has been uploading all of Crack Yo' Neck's workshop cars here these past months. He has nothing to do with this. He ONLY uploaded the rg21 pretending to be the person who uploads all the other cars. That doesn't change the finality but I hope it's clearer.

All cars he posted was available for everyone in Cracks workshop, so i see no problem with it. I didn't saw any cars he posted from his private server. Instead, he is doing good job with posting now unavailable mods, and downloads shows he IS doing good job.
