if i change the wheel in TF or via wheel changer cleo mod,is the wheel position are correct as the standard?

it is C6 grand sports based, nd the model is from MATHEUS-340 (included in read me) for now, i can't really convert cars, so i edit cars from other modders under giving them a credit and getting permissions.
