ANADOL, THE FIRST TURKISH MADE CAR.
The Anadol
The Anadol began production in 1966 and was Turkey’s first production car. It was however designed by Tom Karen of Ogle Design as a commission from the English company Reliant.
Tom Karen also designed the Reliant Scimitar GTE, and the Bond Bug.
Anadols are powered by Ford with either 1300cc or 1600cc engines.
