Installation::
1.Add shovel.dff to gta3.img
2.Then check ur country flag or any flag u want to add import to gta3.txt or gta_int.txt with alpha overwritten
Unchecked the rest ....then enjoyed this mod .
if you want to share my modpack, then you need permission first. Don't
Re-upload with out permission.
