Did some minor edits on the timecyc
Some minor updates:
-Longer daytime(to fix bright night on 20:00)
-Removed Oily Peds
-Added dynamic light effect on peds
-Now Timecyc & Colorcycle Only
-Fixed Night Sky Color
-Removed "Volumetric" Clouds
-Removed SAAExten
-Support All Devices.
-Support GTA SA Lite and Original

Cut timecyc.dat and colorcycle.dat to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data
For Android 11 users like me there is some file manager apps in playstore that allows you to access Android/data.
