The most detailed Ice Charger for SA now also on mobile.

changes made by me:
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= rescaled the model to 110% with a custom vehicles.ide line
= unique texture names
= improved exhaust smoke position
= no longer supports SA colors, has original Ice Charger color
= added custom data lines
= added reflection to the car body, looks good with or without graphics mods
= removed the reflection of interior and other parts
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo

= detailed exterior and interior
= 3d engine and boot
= SA light/HQLM support
= custom shadow and collision
= custom handling
= custom vehicles.ide
= replaces ALPHA or any car you want
= 12mb dff and 1.5mb textures
