Detailed skin for the F-16. I only converted the textures from FSX to SA.

Install
replace hydra.dff and hydra.txd in your gta3.img
Place the .cs files in your Cleo folder (Cleo 4 required). If you have Al_Planes.cs already, you don't need to overwrite it.
Also put the .cleo file in your Cleo folder aswell
