How To install This File :
FIRST OF ALL DOWNLOAD OPEN IV http://openiv.com/
1. Open the 'OpenIV', turn on edit mode
2. Navigate to GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/effects
and put explosionfx.dat and decals.dat from the archive
3. Navigate to GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/metadata
and put explosion.ymt from the archive
4. In game Use Rocket launcher to use this mod.
