Seas, just replaces the usa flag at the rebel hq with a hells angels flag
installation:
1. open OpenIV with (Edit Mode)
2. go to x64u.rpf \ levels \ gta5 \ _hills \ country_06 \ cs6_03.rpf\
3. replace it with the "cs6_03_flag.ytd inside the folder.
