Yeah a description would be nice to see.
What this mod is about is having more police or something in those terms, but yeah it really look like the mod was about more traffic and so on.

From what I can see from the video, it is a mod to increase traffic / pedestrian densities. If i'm wrong, well, you should have added a description to the page.
