GUIDE VERY SIMPLE. JUST HAVE A COPY
OF THE ORIGINAL GAME. THIS COPY YOU
PUT ANY MOD AS WILL OFFLINE
I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
LOSS / DAMAGE TO FILE. MAKE A BACKUP
BEFORE ANY PROCEDURE.

TO PLAY WITH GTA MODDED, USING
A FOLDER COPIED.
Do not use any launcher modded
or tools, I have a folder (copy of the original)
with inside all the mods.
therefore now proceed to explain how to use
this second folder.
how to proceed:
1- The first time the PC, is required,
start GTA ORIGINAL, to validate and
confirm the files.
Started the game, go out.
2- At this point, to use modded GTA,
start the game by: launcher.exe, located
in the folder with a copy of GTA and all mod.
TO PLAY OFFLINE WITHOUT CHANGING
THE RULES OF THE FIREWALL.
(Without quotes)
1- CREATE A NEW DOCUMENT TEXT.
RENAME "commandline"
2- OPEN DOCUMENT AND WRITE
THIS COMMAND "-scOfflineOnly"
3- POSITION THIS DOCUMENT
IN FOLDER MAIN GTA V
IN THIS WAY THE SOCIAL CLUB WILL
BE OFFLINE.

first of all I want to clarify that I have no TAKEN mod manager and changed.
the program you mentioned, I really do not ever tried.
Initially I used this: https://it.gta5-mods.com/tools/modded-launcher-for-any-mods-including-rpf-mods
Then by chance I discovered the method I have shown in the video.
I think it is much more comfortable because the copied folder is independent and in the case of corrupted files just go and get the same, the original folder of the game. you're right, you need to have 120gb. but we are in 2015 guy. almost all have at least hdd quantity 1 / 2tb.
I repeat. I found this method to the case. so do not be angry and do not accuse me of having copied or modified programs to someone else!

This is the EXACT same method as http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta5/tools/72790-gtav-mod-manager
So you took Bilago's tool, removed the easy manager program he made that DOES NOT CHANGE your original files, took his commandline.txt and are recommending to download an ENTIRE game FOLDER from you with the mods you put in there. This is not a tool to help, this is a way to F*CK up your game files.
Oh, and make sure you have 120 gigs available, since he wants you to have a backup copy of THE WHOLE GAME.
Just use Bilago's manager, one copy of the game on your hdd, the only thing that get's copied is if you mod and rpf files. Then y9ou copy those into the "mods folder" leaving all of your glorious original R* game intact.
