hello everyone is is special skyline r32 from Malaysian car tuner ,unfortunately this car was confiscated by the local police for illegal modified ,so here we are ,enjoy the livery
*i do not own this car mod by yca-y97y ,just made livery on it
first you need to download car base model from here

in mods folder / update / dlcpacks /r32 / dlc.rpf / x64 / vehicles.rpf / here

in mods folder / update/ update.rpf / common / data /dlclist.xml /add this line
dlcpacks:\r32\
and save.close open iv
in game ,spawn added car name r32
