Put all files from "car files" in
x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mphipster\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mphipstervehicles.rpf
Open the "handling files" folder. Put all files from the "vehicles" folder in
update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mphipster\common\data\levels\gta5\
Open the "Handling" folder and put all files from the folder in
x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mphipster\dlc.rpf\common\data\
Finally, open the carcols folder, and put all files from the folder in
update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mphipster\common\data
Thats all! Spawn the glendale and Enjoy!
