and it creates C code.
You can also choose to automatically compile it for SCO.

możesz smialo pobierać ja używam windows 10 i sprawdzałem nie pokazuje żadnych ostrzerzeń
przy pobieraniu i otwieraniu

when it comes to viruses
you can download it without hesitation. I use Windows 10 and I checked and it doesn't show any warnings
when downloading or opening.
