Descrizione
This mod adds to M_Y_GAFR_LO_01 and the props associated with it, using other hats and clothes from various other models.
The mod is multiplayer compatible and does NOT delete or remove any of the ORIGINAL files. They are still there, and they work fine.

@nopercss Its been a while Since Ive fooled with this. I think you need a trainer to change into the the harlem hustler skins. I opened up OpenIV and threw the files in there. then i had to Load up GTA IV and find the skins in the trainer. I think it was called the "simple native trainer" or something.
