What's included:
adapted VC target to GTa 4 interface and change fist icon
TLAD Radar Ring with health and armor icons from GTA VC
Radar ring background from TBOGT which gives the minimap a pinkish tint
additionally a few icons for "blips.wtd"
Original mod called Dot crosshair by wellytonsnandi
Inspirated work called Dot crosshair with HP VCNE edition by GrocKing
Based on changed hud.wtd by Revolution Team
In blips archive and hud.wtd you will find custom textures
Use OpenIV (click on "edit mode") or SparkIV navigate to pc\textures and replace textures in blips.wtd and hud.wtd
or go manually
